Neuro-inclusivity is about recognising that neurodiversity encompasses our world. Rather than devaluing people with particular conditions, a neuro-inclusive setting celebrates variability in ways of thinking and appreciates how valuable it can be. By fostering a Neuroinclusive culture, we can harness the full potential of all team members and create a workplace that thrives on diversity and innovation.
Jasmine supports organisations to increase the awareness and knowledge of neurodiversity for all employees and appreciate the individuality of neurodiverse conditions so that they can provide adequate support.
Developing Coaching Cultures in Schools
Coaching cultures are proven to be one of the best ways to increase employee engagement, enhance collaboration and improve both employee and team performance. The infrastructure for change is much clearer where coaching forms the basis for new beginnings. It gives all staff a sense of belonging, where they can share their successes and feel safe in revealing their fears and concerns.
Through a combination of group coaching and 1:1 coaching, Jasmine works alongside schools to enable their whole community to do their best thinking in order to deliver the best for the children and young people they serve.
