  • Anybody who is interested in taking the time out of our increasingly busy lives to reconnect with what is important to them, both personally and professionally.

  • During each session we will recap on actions set and achieved from the last session and look at progress and successes. We will set a ‘session focus’ to clearly set out what you want to achieve by the end of the session. We then explore where you are currently, what you have tried and where you would like to be. Lastly, we will look at what actions you want to set yourself to achieve your focus.

  • Coaching sessions can be anywhere between 1 hour and 2 hours. These sessions can be weekly, fortnightly or monthly, whatever suits your life and the speed at which you can take action to achieve your goals.

  • The process is very flexible and client led. Your objectives will determine the number of sessions and timescale.

  • The first sessions are preferably face to face. Once your programme is underway then telephone and Skype sessions can be arranged as well as follow up email contact in between sessions.

  • To get the best from coaching you need to be totally open, trusting and honest within the coaching relationship. The process is very flexible and client led. Your objectives will determine the number of sessions and timescale. The solutions will come from you and you will commit on a session by session basis. To help you with all of this, the coach provides support and encouragement within a confidential and non-judgemental environment.

  • Coaching provides you with someone who is solely dedicated to you and the achievement of your goals. They are non-judgemental, supportive, encouraging and motivating just when you need it. They keep you focused on where you want to be and help you move forward in the right direction.

  • Absolutely! We guarantee never to use your details or anything you say without gaining your permission first. All session are confidential and within organisations where we may be coaching more than one client then all boundaries are protected.
