Working with and Coaching Neurodivergent Clients

In 2021 I launched ‘Working with and Coaching Neurodivergent Clients’ for Barefoot Coaching Ltd

A passionate advocate in this space for 20 years, I have used my coaching skills to support neurodivergent adults to achieve their goals and aspirations. For the past 3 years, I have extended this work as an associate coach for Genius Within. I draw on my experiences and the input from neurodivergent clients to bring my fellow coaches this workshop.

This workshop is for coaches who want to understand how to enable their neurodivergent clients to unlock their potential.

In this interactive session, you will think about a spectrum of differences. You will develop your understanding and awareness of Neurodiversity and ways of supporting Neurodivergent clients. As a group, we will share experiences of working with and coaching neurodivergent clients and together consider strategies for success and next steps.

This course is suitable for internal and external coaches who want to expand their coaching offering to neurodivergent clients or expand their knowledge for existing neurodivergent clients.

Thinking, communication and shared living experiences will all contribute to our discussion and by the end of the session, we’ll have practised strength-based coaching and consider strategies that support working across the spectrum of Neurodiversity.
